At Lenny's Shoe & Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print a prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, or choose to receive a QR code for a printer-less drop-off.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags and packaging into a secure shipping box and attach the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
